Pour Choices ("the app," "we," "us") is a party card game published by Digital Mayhem LLC / Digital Mayhem EIRL. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. Pour Choices is built to keep things simple: we don't collect names, emails, or accounts, and we don't run analytics or advertising inside the app.
Pour Choices does not require you to create an account and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information. The app stores a small amount of information locally on your device only, which never leaves your device or reaches our servers:
None of the above is transmitted to us, to any analytics service, or to any third party. If you delete the app, this local data is deleted along with it.
Expansion packs are sold as in-app purchases and processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Payment details, billing information, and purchase history are handled by Apple, not by us — see Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles that information. We only receive confirmation of which packs you've unlocked, which is stored locally on your device so the app knows what to show you.
Pour Choices includes mature party-game content (including references to alcohol) and an in-app age gate. It is intended for players 17+ (21+ where alcohol-related content is played as written; Mocktail Mode makes the game more broadly appropriate). We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the app is not directed at children.
In-app support requests are handled through Apple Messages for Business, launched from the Support link in the app's Settings screen. That conversation is carried over Apple's Messages platform; see Apple's Privacy Policy for how messages sent that way are handled. You're also welcome to reach us directly at support@digitalmayhem.vegas.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for marketing purposes. Because we don't collect personal data through the app in the first place, there is nothing of that kind for us to share.
Since all app preferences live only in local storage on your device, you're always in control: change any setting in-app at any time, or remove all locally stored data simply by deleting the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or applicable law. Updates will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date above.
